1. GENERAL

For the purposes of the provisions of Law 15/1999 of December 13, of Protection of Personal Data, AERA, informs you that fully complies with the current legislation on protection of personal data, and commitments course of business confidentiality.

AERA, informs you about the existence of files of personal data, held by AERA (Aeronautical Aragonese Association) for their own management, communication and information purposes. Said files are registered in the General Register of the Spanish Data Protection Agency, which the user can access to check the status of them.

2. SECURITY LEVELS

AERA, has taken steps to maintain the required level of security depending on the nature of the personal data and the circumstances of treatment, in order to avoid as far as possible and according to the state of the art measures alteration, loss, treatment or unauthorized access.

3. SCOPE

The structure of files, equipment and information systems in order to comply with current legislation on data protection, apply to all files, temporary or permanent own by AERA, containing personal data, as well as any equipment or information system that treats them.

All staff employed by AERA and Treatment Managers are obliged to comply with such legislation, with particular attention with regard to its functions and duties, which will be duly determined by AERA.

4. COLLECTION OF DATA

The acceptance of these conditions needs some data collecting of the user for the provision of their services, to be personally requested through forms or Web page. At the time of data collection, the user will be informed of his rights.

For the information contained in our files we are always up to date and free of errors, we ask our customers and users to inform us as soon as possible, changes and corrections to their personal data.

5. EXERCISE OF RIGHTS

The rights of access, rectification, cancellation and opposition may be exercised by the user, or whoever this represents, through a written and signed request to AERA, Paseo Isabel La Católica No.2 Zaragoza ZIP 50009 Spain. Yet other means to recognize the identity of the customer to exercise any of the foregoing rights may be used. 

6. CONSENT

The user will provide consent for AERA to make use of their personal data in order to provide a proper performance of the contracted services data.

At the time of the request for this information, will be communicated to the client or user receiving the information, the purpose for which the data is required, the identity and address of the File and the user's authority to exercise the collected rights of access, rectification, cancellation and opposition to the processing of data.

7. THIRD ASSIGNMENT

AERA does not give personal data without the express consent of the owners, to be awarded each time, only being released for the expressed purpose and with the consent of the user or customer.

8. CONFIDENTIALITY AND SECRECY

The data collected in all private communications between AERA and customers or users will be treated with absolute confidentiality, committing AERA to the obligation of confidentiality of personal data, in its duty to protect them and take all necessary measures to avoid alteration, loss and unauthorized access or treatment, in accordance with the provisions of the Regulation on Security Measures of files containing personal data.
In addition, you also have the status of confidential information of any kind that the parties exchange among themselves that these agreed to be nature, or simply be the content of such information. The visualization of data over the Internet does not mean the shortcut to, without the express consent of the owner for every occasion.
We recommend that the customer does not provide to any third party identification, password or reference numbers AERA could provide. Also, to ensure the protection of professional secrecy between AERA and the client is maintained in all communications, customer / user must not disclose confidential information to third parties.

9. CHANGES IN SECURITY AND DATA PROTECTION

AERA reserves the right to change its security policy and data protection in order to adapt it to new legislation or jurisprudence, as well as those arising from existing codes of conduct in the field, including strategic corporate decisions, with effect from the date of publication of this change on the AERA website.
